De nationalité togolaise, Gina de Fanti est née et vit à Lomé.  Amatrice de littérature, elle a une grande passion pour la lecture et l'écriture depuis son adolescence.  Traitant entre autres de thèmes variés, d’amour et de faits sociaux, son premier roman, «Rose est la couronne d’épines», a été publié en 2013 aux éditions L’Harmattan à Paris.
